What is your pricing policy?
We will not be undersold. Therefore, within 30 days of your purchase from Allergy Be Gone, we will match any lower publicly available price (product price plus applicable shipping costs) for the same in-stock product provided by another online retailer. Simply send us a copy of the ad, including the related website address, and we will refund the difference to you.
This pricing policy offer excludes other retailer out-of-stock product and, if the retailer charges additional shipping, then shipping will be added as part of the pricing to establish the price difference if any.
What is your order cancellation policy?Customers may cancel their order for any reason by calling us immediately at (866) 234-6630. If the order has not yet shipped, the full amount (including shipping charges) will be refunded to you.
Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped, then the order has been fulfilled and we obviously cannot cancel the order. Therefore, you must make arrangements with one of our product specialists to return your order to us in the original condition and packaging after you receive it. For orders returned in original condition and packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs will not be refunded. If shipping was not charged on your order, then our normal shipping rate will be deducted when we calculate the return refund as we originally paid the shipping expense.
What is your return policy?
Allergy Be Gone offers a 30-day return policy on all merchandise except air conditioners (as manufacturers require direct customer contact), face masks, and bedding. If your A/C is not working properly, please contact the manufacturer or authorized service center and they will be able to assist you. Royal-Pedic mattresses and box springs must be returned within 14 days in original packaging only.
If you want to return merchandise within 30 days please visit our ONLINE RETURNS CENTER which is open 24/7.
Of course, our knowledgeable representatives can handle any return for you as well, if you would rather speak to a person.
Returned merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, or provide you a refund. Refunds to your credit card are made on the day after your return is processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you were not charged shipping on your order, then you will be charged our normal shipping rate when we receive your return.
There is a 10% re-stocking charge on all merchandise returned for credit. Defective items will be returned for exchange. Returns for credit on defective items are subject to the re-stocking fee. Items that are being exchanged for a similar product will not be charged a restocking fee. Some products like cleaning agents are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, for a fee of $6.00 per order item. If you would like your order item(s) gift wrapped, please check the box offering gift wrapping in the Checkout screen. Please note that if you order multiple items, but do not want them all gift wrapped, you must place two separate orders segregating gift wrapped from non-gift wrapped items.

Can I fax or mail my order?
Yes, simply print and fill out the Fax/Mail Order Form, and fax or mail it to us.
Can my order be shipped to an address other than my credit card billing address?
So that we may process your order without delay, we prefer that you ship to the billing address. To expedite processing of your order, we advise that you call your bank and add the shipping address to your account.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do.
Please note that customs duties and / or brokerage fees may be charged by the shipping company or your country's customs. Allergy Be Gone is not responsible for paying any of these duties or fees.
Some countries may prohibit import of medical devices, such as respiratory care items, or request additional documentation from your medical care provider. Please consult your country's customs regulations prior to ordering.
All of our electric appliances comply with the US electric standard (120V, 60 Hz, Type A or Type B plug). It is not recommended to use a US appliance in a country which uses a different electric standard. In most cases, using an appliance outside the US voids the manufacturer's warranty, even if an appropriate adapter is used.
What are your shipping options and rates?
US Shipping Options
All ground orders that are in stock are shipped within 2 business days from time of order. Our cut off time for shipping orders is 12 PM (Noon) EST. All orders shipped to standard residential or commercial address are delivered via FedEx, or USPS. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please include them with your order.
Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS.
We use real-time rates from FedEx, and the US Post Office. Because these rates are subject to change, we have provided you with a shipping rate calculator on each product page and on the checkout page. Click on the "shipping rates" tab and enter your zip code and state to see the available rates for an item.
Please note that the shipping calculator is a tool to give you a shipping cost, not an expected date of arrival. If you wish to have a more accurate expected delivery date, please call our customer service department at 866-234-6630
