Preventative Measures

Whenever you have molds in your house or not, you should take some measures to prevent the molds from (re)appearing:

Use electric dehumidifiers to lower the humidity in larger rooms and basements and non-electric dehumidifiers in smaller areas like closets

Place mold-resistant tub mats and shower curtains in your bathroom

High temperature kills mold spores, so using a specialized mold zapper can prevent the molds from spreading.
