Allergy Be Gone is a private company originally founded and currently funded by an allergy sufferer like yourselves. Marc and Allen Barsano, our founders, have always been concerned in helping people who suffer from allergies. Marc has solely contributed for the funding and maintenance of this site. It for this reason that we are dedicated to providing the allergy sufferer with useful allergy avoidance information.

What is your pricing policy? 
We will not be undersold. We will match any published price (available to the general public) for the same product. If you see the same product, at another retailer, at a lesser price within 30 days of your purchase, email us (info@allergybegone.com) a copy of the ad, and we will refund the difference. You can also feel free to call us toll free at 866.234.6630 and speak to one of our friendly agents for them to do a price comparison on the spot.
This offer excludes product that may be out of stock by that retailer. Separately, if the retailer charges shipping on that item, it must be included in the total price to establish the TRUE price difference if any. We will look at the total delivered price and make sure our total delivered price matches.
What is your cancellation policy? 
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please call us at (866) 234-6630. If your order has not yet shipped, the full amount (including shipping) will be refunded to you.
However, if your order has been processed for shipping in our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, and you must make arrangements with one of our representatives to return the order to us when it arrives. In that event, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping will not be refunded. If you were not charged shipping on your order, then you will be charged our normal shipping rate when we receive your return.
What is your return policy? 
Everyone at Allergy Be Gone shares a philosophy of wanting to help our customers find just the right product to fit their needs and be pleased with their purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you want to return a product please contact us at info@allergybegone.com, with your name, address, and invoice number (found at the top of each invoice). We will then email you a Return Authorization Number, which is good for 15 days. We do not accept returns without an R.A.# on the outside of the carton. Please print and fill out the Return and Exchange Form and include with shipment.
Please make sure that returned merchandise is in original condition and in its original carton. We cannot accept returns on face and gas masks, air conditioners and bedding. Royal-Pedic mattresses and box springs must be returned within 14 days in original packaging only. Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement credit (which automatically gets applied to your next order) or send you a refund. Refunds to your credit card are made on the day after your return is processed, and refund checks are mailed within 2 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you were not charged shipping on your order, then you will be charged our normal shipping rate when we receive your return.
There is a 10% re-stocking charge on all merchandise returned for credit. Defective items will be returned for exchange. Returns for credit on defective items are subject to the re-stocking fee. Items that are being exchanged for a similar or equivalent product will not be charged a restocking fee. Some products like cleaning agents are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken.

Many products have a cumulative effect. It is unrealistic to expect immediate results. Allow sufficient time for the product to achieve the desired effect. Do you offer gift wrapping? 
We offer gift wrapping for a charge of $6.00 per item. If you would like your item gift wrapped, please place your order. In the checkout screen there will be a box offering gift wrapping. Check the box and your order will be gift wrapped. Please note that if you need one item gift wrapped, you must order it seperately.

What payment methods do you accept?

If paying by PayPal, your shipping address must be confirmed by PayPal. We do not accept PayPal payments with unconfirmed shipping addresses.
Can I fax or mail my order? 
Yes, simply print and fill out the Fax/Mail Order Form, and fax or mail it to us.
Can I ship my order to an address other than the billing address on my credit card? 
You will need to fill out a Credit Card Verification Form, and fax it to (718) 732-2013, so that we may process your order without delay. Alternately, if your credit card is issued in the U.S. or Canada, you may want to call your bank and add the shipping address to your account.
Do you accept international orders? 
Yes, we do. We require all customers outside U.S. and Canada to fill out a Credit Card Verification Form, and fax it to (718) 732-2013 along with the back and front copies of your credit card and photo ID before we can ship your order out.
Please note that customs duties and / or brokerage fees may be charged by the shipping company or your country's customs. Allergy Be Gone is not responsible for paying any of these duties or fees.
Some countries may prohibit import of medical devices, such as respiratory care items, or request additional documentation from your medical care provider. Please consult your country's customs regulations prior to ordering.
All of our electric appliances comply with the US electric standard (120V, 60 Hz, Type A or Type B plug). It is not recommended to use a US appliance in a country which uses a different electric standard. In most cases, using an appliance outside the US voids the manufacturer's warranty, even if an appropriate adapter is used.
What are your shipping rates? 
US Shipping Options
All ground orders that are in stock are shipped within 3 business days from time of order. All orders shipped to standard residential or commercial address are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please include them with your order.
Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note: All orders are delivered Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.
Please note that orders outside the United States may be subject to additional customs duties and fees. Allergy Be Gone is not responsible for any of these duties and fees.
We use real-time rates from UPS, FedEx, and the US Post Office. Because these rates are subject to change, we have provided you with a shipping rate calculator on each product page and on the checkout page. Click on the "shipping rates" tab and enter your zip code and state to see the available rates for an item.
