Breakthrough Honeywell air cleaning technology combines a multi-stage air cleaning system with two germ reducing technologies to help reduce harmful indoor airborne particles in your room. As polluted indoor air is drawn into the air purifier, it first moves through dual UV lamps to help reduce airborne germs,such as bacteria, virus and fungus as well as mold spores from the air passing through them. It then passes through a pre-charging ionization plate, a pre-filter and the ifD filter which all help capture airborne particles such as dust, smoke, pollen, and cat dander. Any remaining bacteria and virus are also captured in the many flutes of the permanent ifD filter giving you a second level of protection. A powerful but quiet fan allows for maximum air circulation, filtering the air in your room up to every 12 minutes!
