The Enviracaire EWM-300W Germ-Free Warm Mist Humidifier humidifies the room with a comforting mist that is virtually 100% free of infectious bacteria, molds and spores. It uses the germicidal power of ultraviolet light to deliver virtually 100% germ-free mist and feature an exclusive dual germicidal process which is patented and independent laboratory tested.

Most humidifiers retain stagnant water which grows mold and bacteria; ultimately, these organisms are then misted into the air. It's also safer for allergy and asthma sufferers because absolutely no white dust is produced using the Enviracaire EWM300W; minerals do not enter the room air and settle on surfaces. The Process: The Enviracaire Warm Mist Humidifier uses a two-step approach to eliminate potentially harmful microorganisms before they are spread into the air. First, a special patented UV germicidal bulb shines on the water, as it passes from the cold water reservoirs to the hot. Second, the water is boiled in the hot water reservoir, just before the mist is distributed to the room.
