The 3M Acid Gas Cartridge 6002 is designed for use with 3M 6000 Series Half and Full Facepieces and 3M 7000 Series Half and Full Facepieces with bayonet style cartridge holders.

This cartridge, when used with 6000 and 7000 series facepieces, provides respiratory protection from chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, or chlorine dioxide, or hydrogen sulfide (escape only) at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces.
